CaCl2 granulation production line The whole calcium chloride granulation line starts from calcium chloride reaction preparation to final spray granulation for producing anhydrous calcium chloride. It mainly includes three parts: 1. Reaction section, 2. Fluidized bed drying granulation, 3. Cooling and packaging.

Characteristics: &©|61548; Set spray, drying and granulation in one; make granulation realized in one step. &©|61548; Parallel flow way of spray drying is adopted, so that heat sensitive materials can be easily operated. &©|61548; Two stage drying methods: use spray drying and fluidized bed drying, so the water content can be very low. &©|61548; Equipment is operated under closed negative pressure, so no dust generated.
